This three family building just off Main St. in Everett was acquired in the Spring of 2022, and with all three units vacant upon closing, it was ripe for a wholesale renovation. From May to August we renovated all three units including new kitchens, bathrooms, floors and appliances among many other upgrades. Currently all three units are leased, and we will continue to hold this property.
