"The first project to be heard by the Planning Board in the new zoning is located at 75 Spring St., where a five-unit residential building is proposed to replace a vacant one-story industrial building. The project is not in the by-right area for residential buildings, said City Manager George Proakis, but is in the area in which the zoning recently changed."

"Rebuilt from the ground up, the home is pristine with high-end finishes throughout its three floors. The three-level layout starts with an open floor plan that combines an eat-in kitchen and living space. Sleek and modern, the kitchen features unique design choices you won’t find even in new construction. Namely, a quartz-clad hood vent that matches the seamless backsplash, and luxe Dacor appliances. The kitchen peninsula has a breakfast bar with room for four and the same quartz countertop."

"The Edward Collins House, constructed in 1846, is situated in East Cambridge, a neighborhood that has witnessed significant transformations over the past two centuries...The design concept for this project is elegantly straightforward: restore the original building's facade using trim and windows that capture the essence of its historic structure."
