This project was an existing 2-family with 5 garage spaces behind the building. We've obtained a special permit to demolish the garage spaces, convert the existing building into a new townhouse style unit and extend the house into the backyards space creating a second newly constructed townhome. The first unit closed in May 2023. After being rented, the second unit is coming to market in April of 2025.
