This single family home was acquired in September 2021. With the help of our development partners (Sullivan Capital) we tore the original structure down and built two luxury townhouses. Both are approximately 3,500 sf. The project was closed out on 9/8/2023, and our investors received a 44.5% return over the life of the project, which was just over 24 months.
