This approach involves buying equity in a specific asset, such as a Vacant Lot, Townhome, Multi-Family, or Apartment Community or Complex.  Investment funds are deployed for property down payments and construction loans. Investors are paid out at their equity percentage upon sale of the project. At the conclusion of a project, investors initial principal investment is returned before any profits are distributed. Timelines vary from project to project, but typically fall between 12-24 months.  

VALUE-ADD / MEDIUM TERM INVESTING

This approach allows investors to receive equity in larger properties as well as collect annual dividends from rental revenue.
